But, let me make a minor disclaimer about those 3 parts in particular.
Coming from a Halloween project, they are basically a "Yandere starter pack", no problem with that.
However, regardless of the fact that I sort of like those type of characters, I don't want to see my girls being targets of one, and I'm very sure that the other content creators think the same regarding theirs as well, they were not written for this kind of story.
It's strongly recommend to include custom characters, of own creation, to perform such role.

Just so to make me understand your intention: you'd be OK with somebody using these parts to create a psychoticly jealous char, as long this char isn't going after ... say ... Eliza?

Having some problems here, Python still don't want to talk with wand.
Still investigating what I've may have misplaced but, I'm sorta running out of clues.
But I have to admit that I didn't quite follow the instructions in order at first.

Have a screen cap, cause I like pictures.
I think I finally could reproduce your problem: the link I posted for the python download is a bit ... unlucky. If you just click on "Donwload python 2.7.x" on top of that page, you'll get the 32bit version on Windows.

So it's fairly likely to accidentally install a 32 bit python and a 64bit ImageMagick ...

I'm preparing an improved version of tachiegen soon (TM).

It will - hopefully - be MUCH easier to install, and it will be able to use your new improved .psd-File

EDIT: fixed the download link.

Note to self: extremly happy endings are hard to tell in an interesting way ...

At least if you'd like to use more words then just "they lived happily ever after" ...

I think I found your problem: According to your screenshot you have the "Q8" version of ImageMagic installed, and python wand specically asked you to install the "Q16" flavour. The primary difference is that Q8 is a bit faster and a bit lower in qualatiy.

The secondary difference is that the libs will probably have a different name which is probably why the can't be found.

=> Try deinstalling ImageMagic and reinstalling using this version (64 bit!) or that one (32bit)

EDIT: anothwer thing: you seemed to have copied the tool to a place which contains a subdirectory named "parts" ... guess where extract.py wants to put the extracted layers.

If I'm wrong ... see below for my initial answer,

PS: the download page for ImageMagic is a pain in the nether region (millions of files and you can't even read their names without mouse hovering ...).

PPS: If you do need the Q8 version for some reason ... there's a way to have both of them installed, but that's a bit tricky.

PPPS: Oh - they have a 7.x version now ... Well it should be safer to stick to 6.9 for the time being as this is what python wand is expecting.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Yikes.

OK. The usual checklist:
(The error message says it can find the "python wand" module, but this module can't find ImageMagick's shared lib.)
 • Did you reboot your box after installing ImageMagick?
 • Did you install the development libs when you installed ImageMagix (like this )
 • Did you use the same platform (32 or 64 bits) when installing python and ImageMagic?
 • What happens if you just open a cmd.exe and run "convert" or "identify"?

My current best bet is that you forgot to install the C-bindings ...

There are two other things I noticed. The URL in the error message points to http://docs.wand-py.org/en/latest/andsoon ... and that's where the "bleeding edge development" version of wand lives. ... the latest stable version is currently 0.4.3

And I noticed that you seemed to have installed the "Q8" version of ImageMagic. I used ... oh ...

Whoa, looks like I got quite a lot of catching-up to do x3

Downloading n' installing the TachieGenerator right now.
Also a question on it, would a already extracted (And much bigger .rar for sure) require less steps into the installation process?
I'm afraid that some people will get drawn away of the program, because of the advanced proprieties and cmd handling.
Please, do tell me about your experiences with this tool and anything you'd like to see me improve with it.

As for the extraction step: I didn't want to touch your .psd file, and I don't have enough space in my locker for a pre-extracted version of it.

If anything else is installed correctly (as in: python and image magicks convert can be started from a dos box by just typing "python" or "convert") running extract.py should be the easiest part.

*EDIT:* I reread your post ... maybe you were talking about bundling python, image magick and wx python with my scripts? Well ... this would be certainly too big for my locker.

I have an update slated in mid-December, and have so far been doing the update twice a year. Though, to be honest, I'm more inclined to do it once a year (I'm thinking somewhere in June), now that I've gone to teal.

Teal? ... Oh ... congratulations on that!

About the update schedule. Oh, well ... at least I'll be having enough time to finish my current project properly, then.

@Marrend:

Regarding my tools: be my guest. I made them to be useful. If the instructions need clarifications or contain errors, I liked to know about it.

As for official content: do you have a new schedule / deadline for the next update planed?

They are at that. Delving further into that post...

*Edit: Hide-tag and Code-tag are rather UNFRIENDLY with one another, aren't they? ;)
You could even say they DISLIKE being mixed with each other.

*EDIT: took a look at the HTML code of my nested code/hide/code stuff ... seems like the board code itself is breaking things completely. It's not just a weird style sheet or something.

Content creation (artistic)

@Marrend: in my previous post most of the text OUTSIDE of the hide tags got "hidden" and there are only TWO instances of #hide# ... #/hide# in that post. One of which seems to be displayed in the CODE section. But still ... there are three show-buttons.

TL;DR: hide tags are WEIRD.

Content creation (artistic)

@Marrend: thank you.

I think the problem with my post was that the CODE-section was just a tad bit too large for HIDE to like it.

This is a test.

On the other hand ... the above example couldn't be much smaller in size ... and it still doesn't work.

Oh nesting hide and code does do very ... interesting ... things ...
[hide]
This is a test.
[/hide]

(I don't know if you can read the source of my post ... but this line here is NOT within a hide section.)
