The move I'm thinking about is something along the lines of this survey. I dunno about using Google Forms, but, it would essentially be a list of all the available characters (so far) and ask people to fill in their vote for top five, or whatever.
The list of available characters would probably be pulled from the OCCD listing, plus the original cast.

In my opinion your exchange between Riho and Shihoko should be close to the mark. Maybe Shihoko should be a little more surprised to rank lower then her sis ...
Tsubasa would probably see her self way above such unproductive nonesense. Most of her stories depict her as being focused on following in her dads footsteps and not on how people see or even rank her.

Given how many characters there are, a top three (five?) picks might be cool. Though, I'm not sure how to implement that, outside of comments!
Letting people pick their top 3 or even 5 would be my suggestion, too.

If you happen to have tachie from other sources that fit your needs you could use those. The "medium build girl" set that's used by most of us does only have a school uniform.

Or you might want to test my tachie generator tool using kevicalanor's latest workshop graphics.
There's no "shrine maiden" outfit in there, I fear. But maybe a dress in the right color would do the trick for you?
The 100% virus and warning free variant would be to just download the python scripts (and the .PSD file, of course) and install python, imagemagick and wx-python seperately.

I understand if you don't want to bother with all this. In that case: kevincalanor's .PSD files contain everything you really need. Just use those.

Hi, I've been a fan of this game for quite a while, and I'm interested to make a custom character. Is there any use useful tips or tutorial to help me. Also just to note I have no experience at all.
For starters, I'd recommend the good old Mr. Helpfile.
In your Heartache 101 folder, there should be a help.html which does explain the basics and even has a small tutorial for how to create content.
Other useful hints and tips can be found at the top of this thread here.
And of course you should have completed the game successfully at least once to enable Test Mode ...

It's no big deal, really. I can simply use what I've been using in the past.
By the way, this new character is most...interesting. XD
As I said: I'd need more detail about how it fails ... do you see some warnings or error messages, what OS are you running ...
As for Hibiko ... she'd like to thank you for that compliment. Unless you meant "interesting" in any negative way, of course. She's a bit sensitive about words like "intresting" or "she's got character".

She's supposed to be a cousin of Himeko which will only appear if Kazuhiko chose to refuse Himeko's help. As she not exactly a shy character, she decided to address you herself ;)
And yes, she might be a bit immature.
