Thanks for the reports! I believe I've fixed the bugs having to do with characters switching places and stuff. And sadly the infinite hypos exploit is also no more.

Yay!

Thanks for seeing the demo through to the end. :)

Hey, thanks to your detailed description of the gun-ammo thing, I managed to find the bug that was causing that problem. :) It has to do with the "Give" command in the menu, so move items around with the Organization key instead. I can't "patch" that problem since I've all ready advanced the code to the point that old save games are obsolete ... :X

I also got rid of the test1 test2 thing, which were just programmer comments. And yes, the radiated condition does linger after you leave the source of radiation, although it is not expressed very explicitly in this version. Although when you open the menu, you should see a green bar across the character's portrait representing the amount of radiation status left.

Thanks again! :D

I'll just say I disagree with two points:

I didn't think the ending was unsatisfying. It was deliberately brief.
I loved the music.

Well I didn't LOVE the music but I didn't hate its guts either. It was hard to describe the effect without seeming negative. Have a three-mouth. :3

I think it was just regular bandaged dudes. Two rooms down from leaving the arboreum. One of them had a gun.

No worries about the copy bugging out on me, though. This is playtesting. Unanticipated crashes are the norm.

I wonder, can you send me your last save file before the crashtacular?

Is that always 50% now or only when not in use?

If you're implementing it in an "idle = go transparent" sense I'd suggest having it go from around 80- 100% to say around 15-30% opacity (or perhaps less :O) a second or two after the player stops any directional input (like a phone backlight! :D).

If you're having it partially transparent all the time when 50% is probably a good choice, though.

I'll probably leave it at a single level of transparency, since I don't think players will ever actually just let it sit. Do you think they would?

I'd be interested to know if you plan on there being any different sorts of enemy in the game aside from the
bandagey-faced people/creatures
.

Why, yes! Of course the
bandagey-faced people/creatures
still have a few tricks up their sleeves. But then there will also be
robots, insects, ghosts, and even regular human enemies. And also horrible monstrosities.

Got a new one for ya.

Triggered a fatal democrash during combat in Cave of Shadows, two rooms out of the atrium (towards the admin.)

Sorry your play got fudged. :C Might I ask, did this happen during the fight against the "elite" enemy?

A green December fills the graveyard (with stats)

It is a glorious month. (:

Actually making it transparent is a really good idea. :)

And it has jpg artifacts because it's a jpg.

Crads Crawler

Well I'm having a problem in that the initial difficulty curve is just way too steep. I've never got to level 2 yet and I keep getting my ass kicked by doors and windows, and since saving is a limited resource I can't save after each victory to avoid losing a lot of progress. Have I missed something?? I haven't been able to find any weapons or armor yet either. My character is strongest in ARM, but even that isn't helping because it's so difficult to regain energy.
