Resident Evil: After History

Well, I guess you can make sense of it if you try.

This game is set during/around the events of the first game, which is "History" but what happened here wasn't widely known throughout the RE world. so it's kinda like a flashback or "After" everything has happened in the "History" of the RE world that you finally learn about it.

I don't know...
Just don't try thinking too hard about it. :P

The Treasure of Fenglade

The assortment of misfits is the part I'm looking forward to most! :D
Sounds like they are all interesting characters.

I can't wait for the banter between the pirate and the knight!

The Treasure of Fenglade

Is the treasure of Fenglade some kind of heart felt letter explaining how the real treasure is your friends and family, and the sense of adventure which draws people closer?
Hopefully not. :P

The story sounds interesting, but I can't really make much of the screenshots, as they are not that varied.
But good luck with you game!
I'll check back to look for a solid demo.

EDIT: If you don't want a behemoth of a game, then I'd stick to your original storyline.
Have the entire plot span out in the town and under it in the dungeons, etc.
That way you can keep it short and sweet without too much outside exploration.

Besides, less work...amirite x.x

Going on Hiatus.

I think you should finish Tales from Zilmurk I, II, III and IV before coming back to attempt this.

lol, agreed.

Resident Evil: After History

Hey man, don't listen to anyone that says a blog is a waste.
That is what the option of blogging is there for, to update people on release dates and new developments.
There really is no "wasted" blog, unless it is just stupid crap.

So yeah, don't let people tell you not to blog about something. This is your gamepage, blog and post whatever you want to.

Because to me, a release date on March 1st update seems pretty important. :]

Fragments

I tried out your game, and although I haven't played much of it, I gotta say it is very well done.
But there are things that need to be fixed/changed
And I have to agree that Krinos definitely needs a new faceset, his present one looks really horrible :\

Also, i'm pretty sure the battle system was bugging up for me in the first city, during the soldier fights
it would either take forever or freeze when I went to "Crush" and was looking at my skills
like I could hear the sound effect while scrolling the list, but the hand wouldn't move to indicate which spell I was on, so I just started to spam the first one
another thing I noticed
(spoilers)
When Krinos defeats you the first time and you "die" you are still able to select and start the animation of a spell, at least for me anyways

Since the CBS is custom, I figured bugs come along with it
and while speaking of the CBS, it is quite badass.
I love the backdrops and the system, everything looks so nice! including those animated monster sprites!

A request for quests!

Some information on your game would help alot!
Like what is the setting, time period(future/medieval), that sorta stuff.

then maybe people will be able to suggest side quests that make sense!

Life is better if there are more than five flavors of anything.

Dr. Pepper has proven this.

With an awesome 23 flavors.

not sure what happened here, but it re-posted afterwards. o.o

I loove some of the Warhammer 40k art out there, it's absolutely epic!
but i'll stop here, to not derail the thread.

http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d19/ImmortalDepths/screen-1.jpgI like to keep my desktop REALLY neat.
So I have one folder with everything else inside. :D
That artwork on your desktop... is it Frazetta?

I'm not sure, to be honest.
Looks a lot like his work, so more than likely it is!
it's amazing whoever did it
