Yeah, you have to beat the optional boss to unlock the New Game + according to eplipswich. I haven't done it yet myself, so when one of us beats them, be sure to let everyone else know. :D

Check behind Chaos desk to find a secret passage, beware though, there's a boss as soon as you enter, and will most likely insta-kill you.

Yeah, I finally got to the Post-Game Boss, the Brave Clear is 40, I'll give er' a go on that sucker in a day or so, I'm preoccupied on my own game atm, so I'll try and get the post-boss done.
I had to max out my ice element passive and have my other phoenix feather, and then I was able to take em' down!

I still can't get passed that bloody wizard who spams the magic, my only idea is to max out the element passives the guy uses on you in an attempt to reduce the damage, but I fear what the Brave Clear is when you're in that place.
Plus I need another Pheonix Feather, I only have one, I'm missing one somewhere. X_X;
I'd like to try those optional bosses, but that's the only thing standing in my way.
EDIT: Oh one tiny thing I noticed in which I say thanks, ha ha, though in the credits if you wanna put my name, put the name Jaymonius instead, I'm far more known by that name these days instead of J-Man. I may ask the mods here if I can change it to that later on. :P

Equip the Fire Element passive on Reviel and Luna, and if you find the passive gem for Fire ELement for your familiars give it to them, that's the best I can give ya.
Also the Parry passive ability works wonders as well, use that to avoid any of her physical attacks. The key is to be defensive when needed and attack when you get an opening, and I HEAVILY suggest having attacks that can delay her as much as you can.

The fight with Shylphiel while doing the Brave Clear is hard, and very long, easily the longest battle in the game with the many phases she goes through. But now all that's left is one mini boss and the final boss

I think he probably drew up some better looking CG when he made them, same when he originally had just one normal face for Reviel that wasn't on gallery when you beat it.

I hate that optional battle where you battle the four Ristills. >_<; The video I'll be uploading, I'm not proud of it, lemme say that much, ha ha.

I insta-killed the Dinosaur boss. I think he's the only boss who can actually be insta-killed by death based attacks like Death Claw and Reviel death eye thing. :P

Mind you, I'm going to be doing just the bosses during my run, but I'll give a full review of the game when I'm finished.

I noticed a certain part of dialog that appeared out of place during one of the big cutscenes btw.

During the cutscene between Idith and Reviel, I'd recommend either making another text window to fix that or condense the dialog.
