That is totally weird, I downloaded your savefile. And it showed you did have the items... but for some fucked up reason, one of the switches turned off... well, regardless, I got the problem solved.

After replacing Map0002 the landplace I used to get to abyss is covered with forest and so I can't land)))

That was actually supposed to happen. Reason being is you're supposed to get to the Abyss through another Warp Gate. So you'll have to find your way there through the Warp Gates. I didn't notice that, so, sorry you'll have to find the actual way to get there. :P
Also, the Sky Tower, did you find the two orbs for the tower?
As for a world map, I may make a World Map page like I did with the P4 page.

Alrighty, I found the problem, it was mostly negligence on my end. But now the problem is fixed and the Abyss should be playable now.

Replace the files with these new ones and you should be fine. Note: You can't save in the Abyss now.

Roughly how long a single playthrough be?
Let's see... if you're trying to blitz through the game for the first time which is I strongly not recommend, you could possibly get it done in 5-6 hours or so, but with the Crafting system that time can possibly double to 10-11 hours.
Though I'm going to try for the New Game Plus run and see how fast I can make it to said point(s). And get the time for that too.
