End of a World

This game reminds me a bit of Lone Survivor and The Last Door and that's a good thing.

The Featured Game Thread

Now the November month it's gettint to its end. Can I suggest Happy Birthday for the next month Featured game?

Party 2!

Wow, this game was really surprising, it was a bit like Oneshot and Hello Hell...o, but taken to the extreme. Maybe it has some faults, but I couldn't see them because I was completely engrossed in the gameplay and the atypical choices in design (with a mention to a short 3D segment). About the story, let's say that it's not that important, but I think there's definitely something going on.

Is the sister a ghost taking revenge on Ellie?

But the point is, the game surprised me, and I thought nothing would surprise me after Donald Trump's victory (I mean, how did that happened?):)

eplipswich Showcases RPG Maker Games on YouTube!

Among the new games (from this year) I'd like to recommend Usagito Watashi (it's a demo), The Huntress of the Hollow, The Ledge, Eulogy of an Insect and maybe Monigote Fantasy (the last is only in spanish sadly).

If you accept older games then other suggestions are: Happy Birthday, Seraphic Blue and Your Star. Or as I call them, the Would be Featured (if there's a thread where you can suggeest games for the Featured page plz someone tell me)

Edit: yeah, Back to Felix was a total surprise.

Your Newly Added Staff and Moderator Team!

Congratulations in advance to the new team, Wishing the best luck for you.

Touhou ~ Ethereal Kaleidoscope

Having played the demo.
Fun game, awaiting for the final version with more characters and levels. But I only have one question, Are the vines useful for something or climbing them is just a glitch?

eplipswich Streams/Records Games! Open to Suggestions

You could play Panorama. I couldn't find any let's play of that game.

(In)mature moments in gaming

author=LockeZ
If I were writing a game story this is exactly how it would go. The first stage would then be him snowboarding down a snowy mountainside, using the dead enemy's spine as a snowboard while slashing at enemy snowboard troopers, snowboarding attack dogs, and yetis with jetpacks.

Someone at Activision is banging his head to a wall at the missed opportunity. Also you forgot the deaths will be in Slow motion, I mean, that's really essential for the plot.

Someone gotta make this game. Call it 'Blood on the Snow'. You gotta replace your skis and such over the level by ripping out the spines of your foes en-flight. And there's a special stage where you can use a torso for a bodyboard. :DDD

I wonder what would happen if someone from an actual game studio reads this.

(In)mature moments in gaming

Hello everyone.

I’ve created this thread if you want to list any “mature” moments shown in videogames, namely, moments inappropriate for children, but which seem like written by one.

Some examples are:

X-men origins Wolverine: the jump scene in the opening, an helicopter is shot down, and the next we see is Wolverine falling shirtless and without a parachute, but this is only the start, because he finally falls on an enemy who dies in an explosion of blood. I couldn’t help but laugh at the scene.

Other is Cleopatra and her nipple birthing in Dante’s Inferno, hell, the whole game looks like made by some 14 year-old.

The last place I would like to give it to the sex scenes in The Witcher saga, especially the first game.

Solitude

This sounds ver interesting.
