I'd be very interested in this tileset if you'd be willing to share. It reminds me of one I had in my very first game attempt, and I haven't been able to find another one like it to do a decent swamp since.

This whole thing is a fantastic concept. Wish I would have thought of it years ago, but doubt I would have brought as much appeal to it as you have. Great, great work.

I would get rid of the three plants by the cafe sign. Also, where you have six plants by the door, I would remove the bottom row.
I am REALLY digging this map though, especially the growth on the building itself. Nicely done.

To fix the map all you have to do is another underwater ledge just above it to make it look like it drops down above the plant.
