RPG Maker VX Help:
One last request: Where is a good place to download the RTP and RGSS2, you know, virus free and the like?

And any ideas why the "School" for RPG Maker won't load for me? It acts like it's going to open up but the window stays minimized and floating. I have no problem playing The Longing Ribbon (aside the fact I get killed alot lol).

RTP, otherwise known as a Run-Time Package is a collection of RMVX's stock graphics and audio files. It's best to have it installed since a lot of games may use files from the RTP, not to mention that you probably need it anyway if you're using RMVX.
RGSS2 is simply a collection of classes and methods coded in Ruby to process information created by the RMVX editor and present it to you as a game. The language is Ruby, but with an assortment of pre-made methods, in other words.
Importing is simple: Open the import window, select the folder (type of file, in layman terms) you want to import to, hit import, open your file, select the transparent colors if applicable, ????, profit!

Might have been better to save that as a PNG image, JPEG images have compression artifacts. =(

Going on those examples, the difference is negligible if you ignore the "end"s and use tabs like any self-respecting coder would do. Tabs governing the scope of the code in Python seems weird, but I guess it encourages readable code against those coders who never/misuse indentation.
