Would be helpful if you mentioned which game profile you were looking at so the RMN staff can look into it; can't start looking for an answer without a place to start, after all.
[Rm2k3] Panorama maps
A panorama needs to be the same width and height as the map in order for it to be rendered within RM2K3's editor. If the panorama is of a different size (either it's smaller or bigger than the map) then the panorama will not be rendered and a solid-color background using the transparent color of the chipset used on that map will be drawn instead.

[Request] Script for using a certain item in a certain spot, needed for puzzle game in RMVX
1. Make the "key" item call a Common Event.
2. Within the Common Event, read in and store the Hero's X and Y coordinates on the map.
3. Run a Conditional Branch that checks the Hero's X/Y coordinates against a preset value.
4. If Conditional Branch returns True, unlock the door and do whatever other processing is required. If Conditional Branch returns False, increase "key" item in inventory by 1 and do whatever other processing is required.
No need for any scripts.

Personally, I think he should GTFO. Why? Because he's proven himself untrustworthy and a full-blown liar as the NDAA episode has shown us.

However, you are not licensed to use their content with the illegal makers. You can even use their content in your own custom engine and still sell it. And you can edit them.
A lot of people use REFMAP or SD graphics generally for their games now. Which in turn means you can't release your game anyway because of copyrights. Even if you do edit them.
