Suggested feature: subscribe to developer
Assuming that the feed the subscriber/follower gets contains only information pertaining to games the developer has, I don't see what would be so creepy about it. It'd be no different than subscribing to all the games a developer might have.
How big is too big?
Would just like to point out that PNG graphics utilize loss-less compression by their design; RM games consequently store graphics compressed.
Suggested Feature - Unique IP Counter
I guess the validity of this suggestion depends on how you define the word "view". Personally, I think any "view" is a "view", so the way the forums currently track topic viewings don't seem an issue to me.
That said, and assuming this suggestion is a valid one, this would still be quite low priority on the list of things to do since the way the forums track viewings right now haven't affected anyone negatively.

RMN v4.3 is live!
People will click that more, thinking it will take them back, than to click on "Community" and "Forums" because of the size. They see that first, and instinct takes over. No, they'll instinctively think that the big "RMN" button will take them back to the home page of the website like any other big logo button on a website would.
Also, maybe you didn't get the memo but the forums have never been considered anything near a centerpiece in RMN. There was even talk of removing the forums outright at several points in RMN's history.
Basically:

Couldn't you just...hover over community and click forums?
[2k3] Locating the save data on Win 7
The simple answer to this is to not and never use the C:\Program Files\ directory, Windows 7 has that directory on hard lockdown and you will experience problems with software unaware of Windows 7's new dealings there.
I would also stay away from C:\Program Files (x86)\ for the same reason.

Call me a backwards neanderthal, but the announcement banners just below the dropdown menus look really unprofessional and disorganized. The text-only announcements we had before were much more visually pleasing for their cleanliness. =x
EDIT: I really, REALLY hope the user title input is being properly sanitized. Apparently I can feed it raw HTML and it gets fed through.

Wtf Youtube!? Why!?! ;_;
You agreed to a bunch of shit you didn't read which probably states somewhere that they can do this if they want without having to prove anything to you. Most likely written in legal mumbo-jumbo that you wouldn't understand anyways.
The Cloud: Trading personal control, trustability, and security for convenience.
And no, they don't advertise the first part.
How big is too big?

Here's the question that begs to be answered... at what point do you say "Meh, no RM game is worth that much bandwidth" and so you don't end up downloading it?
If you can't fit it on a 3TB hard drive, it's too large.
Seriously though, it's the 21st century: File size is mostly irrelevant.

A low-end laptop processor from 2002 can run any rpg maker game with no problem whatsoever, unless the scripting in it is straight up busted, so I doubt playing the game is what you're talking about.
That circa-2002 CPU will have a fun time playing a vanilla RMXP/VX/VXA project. I guarantee it. ( ̄▽ ̄)ノ
Olympics 2012
Unlike most people out there I'm largely uninterested in the Olympics as a sporting event, as I view it as a traditional event arguing for (albeit temporary) world peace, the sports is just an after thought and the Olympics hold no value to me if someone's still out there waging wars or just plain out having poisonous disagreements.
Yahoo hacked, 450k+ user account credentials leaked
I hear it's not uncommon for companies to hire former hackers since they are (obviously) highly experienced in that field. Anti-virus companies are especially infamous for this, hiring former virus writers to fight viruses.
A less malicious example would be Crunchyroll, an online anime streaming service, who I hear has allegedly hired some former fansubbers as translators.
As the old saying goes: Fight fire with fire.
