Well, the point is that your first projects were simple. As you said, they weren't long and were mostly full of default stuff. You were still learning the program.
In my first 3-5 projects, all of them had defualt enemies. And items. Only the actors were cusomized. It really helped me learn the program, without bothering with database stuff.

Hmmm... i didnt do this for my first projects. They were all 30mins-1.5hours long, and had defualt most. They were still final fantasy though. :D

Okay that did work and now it's giving me another error with just a different name xD If I have to repeat the process multiple times then maybe I got the wrong download x-x

If you have to repeat multiple times with diff names, it means you have a bad RTP installed. Or no RTP installed. Install one. I think its against site rules to link you to one...
I know little about 2k3, so yeah, maybe it has nothing to do with the RTP...

Go into the folder Graphics, then Charset. Copy any Charset you find there and rename the copy "Vehicle".
I don't have a graphics folder, but I did find the Charset folder which is full of PNG files... What exactly am I supposed to rename? xD
Make a copy off ANY of those files, then RENAME THE COPY to Vehicle.
If it comes up with more errors, you might need 2k3 installed, or the creater of the game screwed things up.
