Go into the folder Graphics, then Charset. Copy any Charset you find there and rename the copy "Vehicle".
I don't have a graphics folder, but I did find the Charset folder which is full of PNG files... What exactly am I supposed to rename? xD
Make a copy off ANY of those files, then RENAME THE COPY to Vehicle.
If it comes up with more errors, you might need 2k3 installed, or the creater of the game screwed things up.

The only thing they'd really have to add was a longer battery life, and maybe a couple of tweaks to the software here and there, but other than that there isn't much they need to do.
They could make it smaller, but personally I haven't had any problems with it's size, it's fit snug as a bug in my pockets while I've gone round town.
I dont want it smaller. The GB micro was annoying cause of the size, and 3ds looks pretty damn well sized. Plus, smaller doesnt exactly add a lot of battery life.

VX is a good place to start, its pretty simple. It all depends if wether you want to spend money or not..

The battery life with full sound, wireless and 3D is at least 3 hours, from what I've tested from playing it under those conditions. Otherwise with sound down and 3D off it lasts for longer, around 5 or so hours. I tend to play with 3D but no sound though, as I'm usually in a lecture or travelling, so mine lasts in between those and only time I've drained it completely was the day I got it, rest of the time it lasts long enough for me to get it onto the cradle in time.
Also, apparently there are no plans from Nintendo for a 3DS lite.
There not going to say: Hey guys, in 12 months theres going to be a better version of that thing you just spent $300 on. Suckarz.
