LEIGH'S PROFILE

I love writing and developing games with the Ren'Py visual novel engine. I've been learning about the engine, seeing a little improvement with each of my games. I joined RMN due to my interest in online audiences and freeware games (such as Misao, Mad Father, Cave Story, Mokego Castle, Desert Nightmare and Mermaid Swamp).

This was very beautiful. Reminded me a bit of a poem. X and Y's dialogues were superb and the idea of variables is an interesting concept. And the music fit perfectly and really amplified the writing.

There was some spelling and grammar errors in places but the didn't detract from the story very much. However, some of the human's dialogues were a bit clunky and could use a bit of tweaking in my opinion.

Aw, thanks ^^ (I just saw you made Scaredy Cat, I played your game! whoo)
The famous RPG-senpais are noticing me

That was interesting to say the least. It made me smile though so I'd say you accomplished your goals! I wish the art was more polished, like if the background behind cue had been transparent, but for a test run of renpy I suppose that doesn't matter.

Edit: Also like Kylaila said yolo based types of humor usually irritate me but I felt it worked in your game, probably since the premise was so awesomely out there.

My friend did see-thru png's for Cue, they're in the link there if you're curious
Thanks for playing <3 glad you enjoyed it!

"Ho-Leigh-Crap" indeed.
The lack of music is fairly jarring, but it's a .. amusing read I guess. Although I detest all that yolo-crap, the character made good use of it. I suppose others would laugh more about it, or I would if given more time.
Cue has a certain Pom-feel to her. She is a little bit irrational, feels she is right with everything, but is also fairly amusing while she is at it. The bright pink suits her .. and the simplicity of the warm backgrounds is helping this crude, cute critter.

The fisherman is left rather vague. He does not get any portraits, either.

And while the game itself is diliberately senseless, the outcomes of your choice actually do make sense.

Thanks for playing my game again! It was my first game on Renpy, thus lack of music and such. It was kinda Pom-inspired ^^ glad you found it all "amusing"

We Are Not Angels radio Review

I appreciate that you took the time to review! Thank you ^^
Overall, I'm happy with the plot and think it developed well, but I like your critique. I might work it into a related story. I'll have to tell my friend that you like his music. You're welcome to visit our website to download some free tracks!

Curious, which "choice" did you pick at the end?

Yippie! Visual novel!

Will take a look at this. Sci-fi isn't my cup of tea, but it sounds interesting.

Thank you so much! I hope you enjoy it ^^

Nightmare of The Snow 雪の悪夢

Read the comments, looks like a decently challenging horror game. I uh, won't ask for any help in beating it, I promise!

Ghost Party

Gonna be downloading! Another monochrome game that looks really promising. Will play when I have some spare time :)

cat game

Really looking forward to giving it a play (and a review) and yes, Cats are amazing. The monochrome thing you've got going seems to fit well

Mica: Apoptosis

Yes! RPG horror game, right up my alley. I need something to freak me out after playing Body Elements and Mogeko Castle!
