Thank you! Those are both relatively minor. It's pretty easy to avoid being caught and there's no good reason to do it on purpose: it's a bonus scene, an alternate scene, and a handicap that seriously hinders the game and locks out two of the endings.
I've already fixed it. The stair glitch was pretty simple too. I'll upload on Sunday since I'm using mobile hotspot and plan my time online with my desktop.
That's great and So far you game is amazing your super talented this story is really dark and sad.

I also noticed if your lock-picking the door the stick things can go of screen if you keep pressing up and when you get caught for stealing the scene just repeats over and over agian.

Can you try right clicking the game file, go to Properties, then check the compatibility and check the box that says run in 640x480. What you can do is try to run the game windowed first, then use the program I put that's included in the game folder called "anotherfullscreenmode.exe"

This should help with resolution problems. Are you running Windows 10 by any chance?

I tried it still does not work.
Edit: Now it says: The RPG Maker 2003 Runtime Package is not present or registered".
Add that line that's circled in red in the RPG_RT settings file, and that should do the trick!
