I know Demonic Tutor had HP costs for various abilities. So, yeah, this is definitely doable. I have no idea what script was used there for that, though.

I'm thinking this could possibly be our "Raises Speed" consumable. I'm mostly sure we want a reference to Befuddle Quest for our "Raises Magic" consumable. Darksteel could be the Barrier one? Maybe another possibility for Defense? Healing might be, I dunno, To Heal the Land. Though, maybe, we could go with the original flavor as well?
