[RM2K3] Phantom Save files?
I think I know what the problem is. Administrator settings. Damn you Windows 7! I looked at the settings of RPG2003.exe and it turns out that Run as Administrator was not ticked. Once I ticked it and ran the problem my project reverted back to some weeks ago - maps that I've deleted returned, new maps I've made since then have disappeared, etc. To get them back I unticked Run as Administrator and magically got my project back.
So, my big problem now is that if I try running the project outside the project folder it reverts back to the game weeks ago.. I'm assuming this will happen to anyone I will send the game to as well. So now I need to figure out how to get my up-to-date project synced with the admin settings. Anyone have any ideas?

[RM2K3] Phantom Save files?
author=UPRCYeah, that's the first thing I tried. Initially save slot 4 and 6 were the only culprits. I tried saving over them and seeing if a new .lsd file would show up, but no such luck. I even tried saving in slot 1 and seeing if that would create an .lsd file, but it didn't either! I can load the game from any of these files but I have no idea how Rm2k3 is remembering them since I can't find the .lds anywhere on my computer. It's so weird.
This has to be one of the most unusual problems I have ever heard of.
Have you tried maybe saving over the the slots that aren't going away and then deleting the new LSD files?
EDIT: A new development. I tried copying and pasting the entire project folder to my desktop and running the game from there. When I did all the save slots were empty and I was unable to load any files. Good. HOWEVER the game seems to have changed the start hero position to a map that doesn't even exist in the original game anymore (a test map). I have no idea how that is even possible since I deleted that map a while ago.
[RM2K3] Phantom Save files?
I've come across a weird and interesting problem. I deleted all the .lsd save files in my project (Rm2k3), yet when I go to test play it, there are still a couple of save slots that are still remembering the save files. Does anyone know how to permanently get rid of them?

I'm still using Rm2k3 because that's the maker I was using when I started my projects and since I'm now quite a few years into the making of them there's no point in starting over in a completely different maker and having to relearn the ropes.

I don't know if it's just me or if it's only happening in Firefox (using 6.0.2), but there are a couple of places where text overlaps other frames. Here, I'll show you what I mean:

Not really a fan of the white background and I wish there was some sort of graphical separator between the various sections (seems kind of unpolished at the moment). Also, I can't click on the Feature Game, Feature Review, 2011 Summer Games, and Award Nominations tabs.. well, I mean I can click on them but nothing happens. Unless it's just a mouseover that changes the image.. if that's the case would you consider making the tab a link as well, same with the corresponding image that changes? Seems kind of weird how only the text bar between the tab and the image links to the actual item in question at the moment.
On a positive note I really like the look of the "Recently Added Games, Recently Completed Games, Featured Game Archive, and Highest Rated Games" links. I just wish the other sections of the front page were done in this way.

Rayman Origins
Wow so much Rayman hate. I always preferred him over Sonic and Mario. I found the level designs so much better in Rayman games and the fact that enemies always adapted to counter you was a nice touch.
