What game would you want to see a direct sequel to?

Saga frontier 2... oh wait... nevermind. That's a tough one for me, because most of my favorite games work well as a standalone game.

Thank you for those pointers, I'll post up the new shiny map when it's done, still tweaking a few things.

Games we need to get over

I'd say for me... Silent Hill, I need to get over Silent Hill, it gets to the point where I play a horror game and say "Oh... Silent Hill did that first" which totally saps the enjoyment out of some horror games for me.

The end of RM2k/RM2k3?

Three days to learn that 'Transfer Player' was the same as 'teleport' at least I know my way 'round 2K3 and can make something actually worth a streak o' piss.
This is the worst excuse I have ever heard for anything.

"Using this pile of garbage sure beats ever having to learn something new."

"I mean I could go see a real doctor but bleeding bad humors works well enough for me."

better the devil you know than the devil you don't.

But maybe I worded it wrong, I know how to use both RMXP and RM2K3. If I was to actually seriously buckle down and start making games as a serious thing, then yes, I'd switch to RMXP. But as it stands, with RMXP comes scripting, and yes, you don't have to use scripts if you don't want to, but then what are you using? a glorified RM2K. personally, I like 2K3 for the side-view battle system, so if I'd want to use RMXP, I'd have to nab someone's side-view battle script. either that or make my own, and with how little time I get to actually make games, learning ruby isn't something I can invest time into.

But of course it's down to personal preference. if eventually OS' don't support RM2K3, then I'll have to switch to another one, but for now, I'll stick to what I know and like.

Thank you you two, the map isn't finished, I've yet to add the people, I know the elevations looks a little weird... but I was gonna shoehorn that shit in somewhere XD thanks for the feedback though, I'll get to work on making changes right away.
