Stage List
I just played Isrieri's level. I agree that it's too hard, but it's definitely salvageable enough to not warrant a "skip level" feature (which is always lame).

A bit of a global issue with this level is that a lot of your dangerous obstacles are placed just slightly off-screen from a auto-movement path (I'm talking about the conveyor belts and platforms here). Especially with the conveyor belts, you are punished dearly for speeding through it too quickly and avoiding obstacles often comes down to trial-and-error. It's especially awful when you are riding a platform that leads you to a pipe, and that pipe contains a fire-spitting piranha, which I think has a delayed appearance compared to the regular piranha, and you get hit after already dealing with the tight timing you have to deal with when riding the platform/conveyor belt. I know the best way to deal with that is to make a blind spin-jump, but that shouldn't be required.
-
For a level with a lot of pipes, I didn't find any secrets with them! There were some alternate paths that were okay, but I think you can get a way with one or two somewhere.
-
There were many points, I think it's near the final section, where I felt like you could have given the player a break. With generating spinies/ninjis and sawblades this level can quickly become cluttered to the point where taking a hit is an inevitability.
-
Past the checkpoint, I almost feel like the level drags itself on for too long? Or maybe it's just all the stuff you need to do, plus my countless deaths in this level, that made it feel long.
-
I don't really understand why Bots are in this level. They're an unpredictable nuisance and I feel like you already a much better set of core enemies through the spinies, ninjis, and pirhanas that have a much more predictable pattern that both you and the player can control.
-
The section with the pipes that eventually lead to the room with the red pipe has a bit of malicious design. Typically, a pipe that leads to a new area is often at the very end of a path, but this room contains many seemingly enter-able pipes and the one closest to the end of the path doesn't take you anywhere. With the fire piranhas you have to dodge as well, this is kind of cruel.

Sorry if I sound like a bastard, but you are a veteran in this site. You should not let things get to you. You are an amazing spriter, and a very understanding person. You need to learn how to adapt to changes. Time brings changes. You need to be strong and not give up but take a break.
The "changes" you are describing are issues that have been going on for quite a while on this site, of which I'm recently becoming more aware of.

((I guess there isn't much of a reason not to post in this specific thread, because at least there aren't any unlikable shites here.))

I'm going to drop out of this as well. I don't think I can even muster the same enthusiasm with my character in light of recent events.

I'm very, very sorry you don't feel comfortable working on a community project like this any more, and I want you to know I've always seen you as a great person and a valuable member of RMN.
However, I'll be honest, I absolutely do not understand your motivation behind this step. Even if you feel disappointed due to recent events or people's behaviour, I think your reaction neither does yourself not the many nice people and positive aspects of RMN any justice.
That said, I can't and don't want to force you what to think and which opinions to have. Personally, it would just make me happy if you can one day find RMN to be a less frustrating and more welcoming place for you again, and I hope we all can contribute in our own ways to help it improve in that direction. Please take good care!
For clarification, while it may seem that my feelings towards the community is a spur-of-the moment thing, it isn't. These are feelings that built up over time as I became a lot more socially aware and started looking into the deeper issues that dampen this community efforts in being a welcoming place for people with all kinds of backgrounds. The recent argument that occurred in the status feed basically confirmed my suspicions on the community's problems, I was completely heartbroken by that fact and further the fact that I was branded/implied to be a hypocrite for letting my stance again destructive behavior known.
But yeah I guess you want to understand my motivation behind this step? It's to make it clear that I'm no longer accepting these flaws within the community and disconnecting myself from it. As I already mentioned, the premise behind this game, and the reason I even held the event to begin with was out of compassion for this community, and now I don't have that anymore, so what's the point?
@Everyone else: I appreciate your support and understanding. I'll definitely be on #slack from time to time if you guys want to reach me, but I'm pretty much going to avoid the forums by and large.
