Oh this should be interesting, are you both going to record your selfs talking about the game? That should be a very fun way to preview and learn about the game and I'm guessing you will record gameplay also? I will definitely be checking this out, good luck girls!

Yep I played this game, pretty good. I'll give you a more in depth analysis when I decide to play it some more.

PS: I'm also making my own SMBX game you should check it out when I complete it.

I played the game and I got to the first level where you get tons of power-ups. There was an insane amount of enemies and eventually my computer started skipping so I stopped playing it. Sorry, I would give a better impression about the game if I could make it past the first level.

Looks good EXCEPT! If there were two things I would change it would be first the writing (Which you are obviously aware of) second I would move your character to the right a little to balance out the playing field.
First problem was fixed and for second...try the demo.

Very nitpicky, but I suggest making the bar that sits on the bottom hud smaller. It's a little gaudy and draws attention away from battle.

Otherwise, I like how this looks. Can't wait to see a video of it in action or something.
