Dual wield / two-handed fix
I noticed something.
This only allows for the main hand to equip a weapon.
But, if I desired a character to be left-handed (actually, this is the case in my current project), the weapon with the Seal Shields status could not be left-hand equipped.

Of course, five days left, it's too late for me to enter.
Plus, I've already got Real Life and my own project taking up all of my time.

Might wanna arrange using discord or some other chat app, since RMW forums are down pretty frequently.

This is only the second time I've noticed, the first being the February forum update (but that didn't result in a connect error).

Well, forums.rpgmakerweb.com is down. I've been trying to get back in for most of an hour so I can send a message to my dev teammate, but no go.
I am definitely feeling the blues.
