@Max:
Nice, tilesets well-used. The VX style tilesets seem to fit rather well with XP char-sets too. The tints are pretty fitting, except that I think for the black&white ones, the floor seems too dark - perhaps dragging all the tone bars up a bit might help.

@Dreampainter:
At first it was making me sleepy, and then the giant boulder comes in and it's suddenly awesome. The maps could use some serious revamp though, needless to say.

Sure, have fun. :) And of course Verifyed, go ahead.

@TsimehC:
I think they do, if you mean repeat. Try it out is the best bet. :p

@myersguy:
Thanks! If ya are able to word the awkward parts sometimes, please give me a heads up; always good to keep things in mind and learn. Is the last comment about 7/8 good or bad by the way?

My first sig and avvy!

Oh, they're actually original then? Nice work in that case. I think signature pics should be flatter though, y-wise. c:

Thanks. But mm, that's true, it seems mp3s are often rather unfit with 2D games. It'd probably have a chance of fitting in if there are cheesy lightings though! c: Ah well, just throwing it outta there in case someone finds a use for it; RM-wise or perhaps they're making a video or something (give me a heads up in those cases :p).

Heya guys, just sharing one more song here.

This one's actually a part of Quintessence-TBV's OST; but this particular piece is available for public use for non-commercial projects, in spirit of Halloween. :) Credit goes to Kan Gao.

Construction time: 4+ hours composing, 1 hour mixing/recording.

It starts off slow, but picks up pace after. Was trying things out with some strange time signatures here too, 9/8 and the like. Was pretty fun to compose, but recording annoyed the hell out of me because my comp's slow, and needed to record section by section/track by track. :x

Anyhow, enjoy! Oh, and please do not distribute without permission (using is fine, just credit).

Thanks guys. :) Glad ya enjoy it, and hope it's of some use!

American Elections '08

It changes nothing. I don't see a point in voting, I really don't. The same shit just happens every four years, and the world is going to hell in a handcart.

It won't matter in the end.
I know right? I mean it's not like different presidents can have different impact on a country. Just look at Bush, he led the country to glory just like Clinton and all the rest; they even all look the same. Hell, why bother having an election; let's just skip the hassle and stick with Bush since every one of them are the same anyway.

No.

The Mirror Lied [Extended version.] | Music

Here's the extended version (albeit still quite short) of the main theme from The Mirror Lied; an expansion of the version in game.

A simple song in 7/8 time with glockenspiel, piano and snares; with a questionable atmosphere.

It's free for use, commercial or not alike (however, if it is commercial, please drop me a note here). Credit goes to Reives.

The Mirror Lied

@Max:
Sure, I've already checked out your project and am planning to download it sometimes in the near future. :)

@Azn:
Thanks dude, glad it was of some entertainment. Good luck with your horror project! They're always fun to work with, but I found that I myself could only sustain through if they're short (making it, that is).

@Asalieri:
Aye, the download link is now up; my apologies for the delay. c:

P.S. An extended version of the song The Mirror Lied will be posted in the resource board, available for public use. It is about twice as long as the one in game (which is still rather short, heh).
