The Green Ribbon does, but Relenia has pretty good stats considering especially compared to Snowe (so she doesn't need the stat boosts as much). In addition, Snowe is your primary healer! She should have the Lightning Charm on unless you want her to get hit with a lightning spell and give the boss an extra turn to smack someone around.
Edit: Oh shoot, I was mistaken about the Red Ribbon. It doesn't protect against statuses (I must have mis-remembered), it's just the Green Ribbon that does. The Red Ribbon just brings up all your stats!

Yeah that one. If I were you, I'd put that on Snowe because he needs more help with his stats than Astra does! I'd also put the red ribbon on him as well so your healer is safe from the states (pretty sure the red ribbon does this; the green ribbon is better, but since you've already gone into the dream, you can't get it (a library helper would have told you where to find it and you would go find it back in the castle)).

Why did you sell the radiance cloaks? XD They have a super good attack that heals you and gets rid of the debuffs on you!

There's your wonderful weapons! I equipped Snowe with his. I hope you have a radiance cloak somewhere on another character cause that's a super good armor for Snowe btw. I would also mention if you have the red or green ribbons, one should go on Snowe to prevent silence (so he can have better stats as a result)!

@Aurora_Paradox: If you have the crown (that you got and went up the elevator right?), you have to go to the room with the coffin and a statue of Snowe on the wall. There should also be a blue sparkly on the coffin where you can click and Snowe will climb up and put the crown on the king's head. Then the other door opens!
If I do another release of the game, I think I should try to clarify that a bit when you go to the door! It's a tad confusing now that I look at it again.
Edit: I hope you didn't save over your original slot, because there's no more backtracking once you've entered the dream dungeon. You can find the locations on my wordpress: http://starstealingprince.wordpress.com/guides/final-weapons/ . If you have saved over your original slot and all that, if you want, I can patch your save file for you so you have the weapons!

@Hale: Have you checked my Wordpress? For all the bosses I have a level that I THINK you should be at! For the Old, I have it that I was on level 7 when I fought him, so level 8 should be a good level for him!

Also, I balanced the bosses on the idea that you would have at least beaten each enemy encounter once, so if you're being sneaky and not fighting anything, that may be why you have to grind when you get to a boss! Not entirely sure on your play style, so that's all I can really say for that.
And if you do need to grind, you don't have to use up all your items if you want to grind in SSP. Chances are, the dungeon has a Healing Statue somewhere (definitely in earlier parts of the game; later, they get less frequent because of story reasons). So if you feel you need some more levels, find the Healing Statue and beat up enemies around it!
I also gotta tell you, don't worry about hoarding items (except for kickass tinctures and harsh tinctures cause those are kickass and I like hoarding those for the final boss). If you haven't used the Cornet or the Mask yet on bosses, start using them as they have unlimited uses. The game is designed so you USE your items and not hoard them. If you don't, that's your own folly. Which is why I overload you with items.
