Something happened to me last night when I was driving home. I had a couple of miles to go. I looked up and saw a glowing orange object in the sky. It was moving irregularly. Suddenly, there was intense light all around. And when I came to, I was home.

And while we're on the subject of reviews I find it funny that the other 3 reviews are of the old demo which has absolutely nothing in common with the current one, and yet they *will* affect the mean score. It makes little sense if you ask me, but that's how RMN works.
That seems to happen often here, even when the change in question is largely backed by the users (see: the review thread).

An image from the revised ending of Act I. Although the last third or so of Act I was completely rewritten, it now resembles the original draft of the story more than the version which was first released.

author=Darkenauthor=MagiSeriously, I actually feel the same way. My main reason for being inactive (besides lolasia traveling) is because I find it hard to care and contribute to this community. It's definitely a bitter attitude no one should have in the first place. But oh look here I am back in RMN posting carelessly because I need a forum to browse from time to time. video games.
RMN has become increasingly stubborn (I am guilty of this too) in the past years, and I'm worried it's adopting some weird brand of anti-intellectualism. People on all sides have been guilty of it, and in the end it limits our growth potential as a community. Then again if people had a better grasp of the bigger picture, RPG Making in general would neither be shunned or considered a niche outside of its communities.
I also feel the same way. It seems like RMN has become very clique-y and people rarely contribute outside of their own cliques, aside from trolling other groups.

It's nice but there's something about it that makes it less than pleasing...
For one, I don't love the tint.
But really, I think maybe the straight line is sort of ruining what is otherwise a nice shot? I dunno. I wish I could say what exactly, but there's something about it that makes me go "Meh" even though it's actually a pretty nice screenshot.
Hm, you might have a point about the line. I didn't notice it until you pointed it out, but now it bugs me.
