PC's Ethernet Port Not Working

By the way, does anyone have a link to RMText? It was a program that automatically started a new line if your dialogue wouldn't fit the RM2k text box. Saved me tons of time. Shame I had to reformat and lost it.

PC's Ethernet Port Not Working
Hey guys, can you give me a hand? Finally got an ethernet cable for my PC, long enough to reach my router so I don't hafta keep relying on either my shitty wireless adapter or my laptop for the net, but it turns out my motherboard doesn;t seem to recognise it's onboard ethernet ports...
It's an ASUS K8N4-E Deluxe (old, I know) and this is the first time I've been able to test it out with an ethernet cable so I don't know if that port's ever worked. Tried the cable with my 360 and had no problems so it's not the router or the cable.
