Downloading RPG Maker 2k3

Just one quick question. If I were to download RPGMaker 2003, would this place be a good way to do it?
Sorry, I'm really paranoid about viruses and such. If it was available in English, I would buy it. XP and VX... look really ugly IMO.

Strongly reminds me of Yume Nikki. I'd say make the plane a bit more pixelly to match the graphic style of everything else?

Holy macaroons. The battle system looks amazing! I guess those forms would be really useful when you don't have your whole party available to use. Makes for a really versatile character. And the implementation (items) is pretty nice too.
Man, I really want to play this game now. If only I had RM2k3...
Eh? Last time I tried to open the file, it wouldn't play. RM2k3 RTP, maybe?

No purple shadow please. It just... looks kinda odd. Or you could try for a simpler background and keep the shadow.
