Kitten, just pay the money. It's $40, not $500. Plus, think of all the money Enterbrain isn't getting while people download and use a free translated version of RPGMaker 2k and 2k3.

And... I think it's a bit immoral to take art from someone's game, especially if they paid for it. After all, no one would steal Booble's art from the Hetalia fan game and use it in their own.

Which RPG Maker are you using? Because you can't really "use two or more chipsets in one map". You can either make events that use graphics from charsets (you would need to make a charset with the desired graphics you want), or you can take something out of your current chipset and add in the rest.

Or you could use XP, which has (technically) unlimited vertical size of chipsets, so you can combine different ones into one big one using a graphics program... paint would work.
