I am the co-founder of Flash games developer Megadev. I am responsible for all art assets, including in-game graphics, animations, frontend, titlescreens, marketing materials and general digital illustrations.
As an RMer, I created two critically acclaimed games/demos: NigSek: A Monster's Tail, and Idunn Ymiraldor. I have also made a few assets for people to use in-game such as tilesets and monster graphics, which are public domain.

I also played Skeeball Golf and won everyone in our little group a free drink on the bar. Life is feeling pretty cushy right about now. :D

Tonight, a blonde stripper broke Sovan's heart.
That bitch missed her last opportunity to have a monacle pop at her performance, let me tell you.

Wait 'til we get to the wedding when we're all in our dapper suits (and you can get Jude too)!
I was going to finish it but due to my inexperience with making much in Ruby and the time it would take to finish everything I dropped it, sorry. :( Thanks for the enthusiastic compliments though!

I feel very impressed!I looked at your site and saw the pictures you made for the xp version, really beautiful (which made me change my mind), are you going to do that? or maybe you have much better things to do..?

Pokemon is so Popular That it Gets a Ton of Leaks about Everything.
Which prominent RMN'er are you?
"Congratulations! You are Nessiah!
Productive, ambitious, creative, one of the few people with any modicum of imagination left in this cursed place. A sterling example of "girl power" on the RM scene."
...well bugger me sideways.

What are you thinking about right now?
Right now I'm wondering how our latest game is going to rate on JayIsGames. The review just went up and it's favourable, but the user scores haven't been tallied up yet. :<
Fan Games -- The Golden Rule
Well that depends on how easy your source material is to understand. If someone plays a Pokemon fangame without any knowledge of the Pokemon games then there is no point stopping every few seconds to explain the mechanics of Pokeballs and what Pokemon are and why they have to obey their masters and who Team ____ from the previous games are, because even the source material is confusing to a lot of people who don't just flow with it.
You can try explaining things, but do it in a natural way. Don't stop every time in a Zelda game to say "this is Ganon, he stole the Triforce of Power from aeons ago and got trapped in the Dark World and yadda yadda yadda" unless it is called for in your game. It's preachy to nonfans and redundant to actual fans, and nobody's going to enjoy it. If a character shows up from previous source material and nobody asks about his/her/its background story, don't go into detail on it.

PLAYTESTERS-good or bad?
Playtesters are necessary, especially in games that take several hours to play so you need them replayed continuously. I learned this a long time ago, and most RMers who know my game history will know what I'm talking about. :<
The problem with playtesters in a hobbyist community such as this one, though, is that you have to be sure that the person you're getting to playtest will keep to their word, or is particularly good at rooting out bugs in your game. A few times I had playtesters who were more interested in getting an early play of my game and not offer very useful feedback at all. You need a good mix of people to playtest your game, people who play casually AND those who can find problem areas with pinpoint accuracy, and above all you need playtesters who are going to do their Goddamned job.
