SUNFLOWERGAMES'S PROFILE
I first got interested in RPG Maker after watching X-Play do a review of RPG Maker for the Play Station. Years later I found RPG Maker VX Ace and decided to buy it. My first RPG Maker game, Dragon Lancer, was approved by Deckiller and became available to download on January 15, 2013.
Game / Engine Count:
RPG Maker VX Ace = 12
Visual Novel Maker = 3
RPG Maker MV = 2
Ren'Py = 2
Pixel Game Maker MV = 1
Solarus = 1
Inform 7 = 1

RPG Maker MV Plus (Please No!)
Out of interest I was doing some research on the release dates of the RPG Maker engines. Let's have a look at the most recent installments:
VX Feb 29, 2008
Ace March 15, 2012
MV October 23, 2015
Between VX and Ace there is a 4 year period, but between Ace and MV there is just a 3 year period. And now it's 2018 and you can see where I'm going with this. Like with VX there was a superior version make called VX Ace. My prediction is that Enterbrain is going to keep the MV name, but I don't think they will call it MV Ace. I'm predicting MV Plus.
What is my prediction for engine improvement. They are basically going to likely focus on 1 thing. Making it easier to export to different platforms. (Because they screwed that part up with MV.) So HTML / Android / etc platforms will be a breeze to export to. And I also predict they will basically improve nothing else about the engine.
I'm really not interested in seeing another RGG Maker engine to tell you the truth. I really want them to go in a new direction with this. So, please make a Tactics RPG Maker instead (You can see how I shamelessly advocated for something I want.)
*Keep in mind this is just wild speculation, but if it turns out to be true you all owe me a beer (And I hate beer, so I had better be wrong.)
Misao = Fin

The Misaos are an annual award event given to indie games made in the RM community. 'Misaos' is the general name for the awards such as 'Best Atmosphere', 'Most Technical Prowess' or 'Game of the Year'. You can liken it to a "People's Choice" award, as the games are nominated and voted upon by the community-at-large.

[Poll] Game of Thrones book vs. tv series
(I left out spoilers here)
Before I watched GOT on TV I read books 1-5 (I have always known pretty well what would happen.) Now there have been a small number of deviations in the story, but I'm not watching season 5 (Taiwan=reasons.) And there's some very huge deviations between the book and the TV series. I'm well aware that the TV series will likely finish decades or centuries before Martin finished his books. So if I watch till the end now I'll be going in blind (I won't know the true story that was written in the book.) Now while I believe in a general sense it will be similar, there is likely to be more and more of these changes made. And Martin can go completely crazy and change his whole story later when he actually writes it. I don't know if there is a precedent for a TV show or movie to be finished prior to a book series. (Not counting those horrible book adaptions that are made after movies for that purpose.)
Targeting Bugged - MV
I have some items and skills that are starting to have issues.
They are set to target one ally, but for some odd reason the things are targetting
the enemy and it won't let me change the target??????????? (Has happened a couple of times, not 100% of the time, but could cause issues for players.)
The issue is likely a plugin, but I have never encountered a problem like this before. It's like the engine refuses to do what the item or skill is telling it to.

MV - Yanfly Action Sequence - Note Tag help.
RPG Maker MV, Yanfly Action Sequence 1 and 2 script.
Setting up a skill to attack one enemy is working.
(Though there's some weird hand gesture thing going on.)
But setting up attacking multiple enemies...
This attack will attack all enemies twice.
Current notetag
<Target Action>
move user: target, front base, 30
wait for movement
motion swing: user
perform action
action animation: target
wait for animation
action effect: target
motion swing: user
perform action
action animation: target

action effect: target
</Target Action>
What happens:
He stand there does damage
then moves and attacks twice.
He should just move and attack twice.

2 Eyes are sore!
For some reason I have 2 games called Eye Sore in my game list.
One is Available and one is deleted...
I'm guessing due to how RMN works I need to live with this forever?

Microsoft screws Xbox players out of money
So remember when Microsoft changed MS points for real currency? Well apparently that currency was changed into promotional currency and had a deadline to use. I know Microsoft sent me an e-mail about it a couple years ago and I'm like whatever... (I didn't see the small print. I actually didn't even own an Xbox any more.)
Well I don't read my e-mail very often but I got an e-mail a month ago when I checked today telling me I had to December 1 to use my money. I'm like... WTF?! are you talking about? (Could have certainly sent some more e-mails much earlier.)
Not that it would have mattered. Yes, you can use this currency in the windows store, which was what I was thinking of doing. But I found out some very interesting information. In order to properly convert your MS points to real currency you need to actually log into your Xbox! (What if you sold it?!)
So there's a number of problems here:
I gave Microsoft money for points. They took the points away and gave me fair market value in currency. So far so good. Not to shabby. Ohhh... It has an expiry date. Did MS points have an expiry date? If not then this seems borderline illegal. I should also be able to have no issues with using this money in the windows store without the need to "convert it" before hand.
Bill Gates you owe me 17 dollars and a handful of change. I want it back!
