I first got interested in RPG Maker after watching X-Play do a review of RPG Maker for the Play Station. Years later I found RPG Maker VX Ace and decided to buy it. My first RPG Maker game, Dragon Lancer, was approved by Deckiller and became available to download on January 15, 2013.

DS Resource Pack, download issues
I recently purchased the Samurai pack and the DS pack.
The Samurai pack is working fine, but I'm having problems
when I click to download the DS resource pack. It takes
me to a website with jibberish. Pics in Locker.
Issue resolved. See below.

I tried looking for a direct answer for this on the forums and on Google, but couldn't find anything.
Can you upload your game file before your game is approved or do you need
to wait until your game is approved to upload it?
This makes it sound like you can, but I haven't been able to figure out how. So I assumed that your game needed to be approved first.
