I'm sure Wolfcoder would know if it's in violation of that.
Also question that's a tad bit off topic, but I know you can make password protected folders, but is it possible to make a program's RTP folder password protected from those who use the program?
I know you can encrypt files, but people can still find those, but if one could also add a password to them, then it'd be harder to use them.

RPG Maker 2003 Question of Legalities
I'd like to know something. I know the translated (older) version of RPG Maker 2003 is an illegal version, but is it illegal to actually say sell games with it, that have 100 percent original content?
I don't plan to make a game, I am working on a digital manga with a Japanese artist, and we wanted to work RPG Maker 2003 around to make an .exe manga reader for the manga itself, thus selling them the art itself, that happens to use RPG MAKER as the means to view it on.
Is this at all illegal? The only thing they'd own is the program, not any of the actual resources.

Geist/Auge Illustration in Production
I just wanted to let you all know of an illustration in the works, a comic if you will, which goes into production starting on April 24th. I wanted to promote the Artist and his skill to let you all know just how well he can draw. How talented he really is.
Geist/Auge is a Fantasy, Action/Adventure, Sci-fi, Drama series that takes place in Modern day, nonfictional Germany, in a Fictional region inside of it.
The following images are examples of his Art work and not part of the story. Just being used to give you an idea of his talent in general. Once a release has been made, I will update this post.

The Rare/Obscure RM Games Request Topic
I cannot remember it's name at all, nor does searching for it on here help, but I'm looking for a game on RMN. If I recall it's 2k3 (perhaps not) and it uses the tile sets if I recall from FF6. The characters, the world, all look like something from Final Fantasy 6.
It's in a steampunk world, and the opening starts out with what I recall as airships flying around, where you can see some flying, and some of the shadows on the ground flying above.
It's a fantasy, steam punk game. Does anyone recall the name of it?

2K3 Timer help
Basically. I want it used as being a point system. The more you move forward, the more points you get. But if you press other buttons you lose points, thus the wrong movements and it's game over. I'm thinking about giving a start time, and you move and earn time.
I might do it as you run into crystals or something which earn the points that way.
