Help with Legacies of Dondoran please?

I am supposed to meet the new King of Galeton, King Connomore (for one of the celestial nexus key fragments) but can't find him anywhere...Does anyone know where he is? I don't want to flying on my dragon forever looking for him...

I just downloaded Backstage 1 but can't get it to run...I get the error- the file system2c cannot be opened. Plz help! I really want to play Backstage 1 & 2...
