[2k3] Requesting mappers!
Sorry to break this to you. But if you are developing a game that would take you 5 years to complete by yourself and needs around 30 dungeons, I think you are way over your head. Why didn't you just start something smaller?
The Screenshot Topic Returns
This screen does look good. The bridge is a bit unpracticle though and it misses support. I would concider adding some elevation to the mountain edges though =).
Need help to create an animation sprite
I always used MS Paint and an other image editor to decrease colourdepth to 256 colours and save it as .png.
Nowdays, in a RM XP + project MS Paint would be enough. XP + doesn't need 256 colours and MS Paint will save images as .png =).

Footprints
I once used a number of events (like 10 or so) that would teleport to the hero location, changed their graphic and then would fade out after some time.
RM2k3 CustomSaveLoadPatch: Create your own save/load system!
Hmm, Hyper Patcher has a pretty good product description to tell you what every German word in English means. Besides that it might be just the fact that I can read Geman =p.
Anyways, for the people wondering how you could use this in game: I just finished my save system using this patch.
Since I only use three person parties I've setup the first character in the party to be a kind of info dump. The patch saves the data of this first actor in actor number 99. Through this I could build this little information menu which holded save stats:
- Hero 99 saves hero 1 name.
- Variable 3353 stores hero level.
- Variable 3354 stores hero hp.
In this menu I use these information containers to store the following data:
- Hero 1 name value 1 - 9 (or a - i, whatever I would like) to store hero number 1.
- Variable 3353 to store hero 2 and 3.
- Variable 3354 to store playtime (hero 1 hp - 9999, add var game hours * 100 + game minutes)

Is pornography just another job
Pornography and prostitution are both just jobs. The latter being actually one of the first jobs in human history. Though I have to add I wouldn't go for both job carreers, but still, they are just jobs.
"Blocking" teleports
"Condition Switch On" = First page, "switch operations". He just called it like that because you have to make a switch that determens if the condition is met or not.

How to make more than 4 character in party
Why would you need 5 playable characters anyways, if you could tell us what you want there might be some ideas to do it diffrently =).
Help citing sources
Hmm, credits concerned: I would probably just show them randomly in the first minutes of the game, just in one screen, or hidden in the background an scenery as "easter eggs" (for example in an advertisement poster at a building or something).
