Rocko is just an NPC that allows you to get additional money from the mailbox rewards I believe. There is a modifier in place where your reward is greater if you have more recruits.

The hummingway that crashes the game was reported before. I need to take a long look at it to aee why, since I couldn't figure out a cause before.

There are chocobo forests all over the place so that olayers have ample opportunity to get the chocobo summon at any point in the game.

As for Winter... I think that you mean SHE. ;)

Whoa! This game is still around! Talk about a nostalgia overload.

This is hot.

Threat level basically just tells you how many encounters are left on the map. The game uses random encounters and the threat level drops (high, medium, low, none) as you run into battles. When you've depleted an area of battles, you can just exit to the world map and return to restock it with battles.
