I think this is a really terrible concept for a puzzle. It's not a "puzzle," it's a game of password. There's exactly one correct time to set the clock to, and exactly one way of finding out that time - run all over the dungeon until you find it written down. FF7 actually did this properly because of their "clock arms knocking you into the pit!" mechanic, and different time settings allowing you to access several different rooms. This feels like the knockoff version :<
edit: Apparently you don't even get the solution, you just get "hints" that help "clever players" ... so if you're not great at interpreting verbal clues, you will have to make 144 guesses :<

I approve of all of these, but the *giggle* sort of sticks out oddly. Give her a distinctive laugh - even Kefka said Uweeheehee ;)

I'm almost wondering why you don't use the Persona 2 sprites if you're looking for isometric mythological figures.
Persona 2 sprites are lower-quality. Not only that, but none of these personas exist in P2; I'd be doing the exact same thing I'm doing now anyway - looking for the closest approximation/s and editing them together.
That being said, these are Disgaea and related series edits, I did them all myself ;)
edit:

Yeah, not worth it. How about some feedback on the edits I put effort into? ;)

Neutral brown (which you've used extensively here) is an extremely boring color, which is why games err on the side of a dark, rich brown or a more vibrant orange tint. Compare the second guy in line with the fourth girl in line - the girl's hair is a MUCH better representation of how brown is generally used. The guy's "boring" brown looks flat. The third character is practically monochromatic brown - the only real color here comes from the two blond characters. The sprites themselves look great, but I think there's a lack of color depth here. This style of spriting definitely suggests and recalls games that used more colorfulness!
(It could also be the neon-cyan background making everything else look that much more dull by comparison. Try leaving them on white, or put them on black.)
edit: The "EDGE Meeting" screenshot has NPCs that are all dressed way more vibrantly than these guys. Maybe it's the quality of this particular image? Does it look normal in-game? Your heroes better stand out more than the NPCS!

Worst. Blogpost. EVER.
I demand you refund the 30 seconds I spent reading this, as it is not in fact the worst blog post ever, but merely horrible.
Turn Based-ABS?

By removing the atb bar it would confuse the player why the enemy is able to attack more then the player.
No, this is just... flat-out wrong. I knew exactly why my FFX characters were getting more actions than enemies, and more than each other, because it's intuitive and self-explanatory. Rikku frequently acts twice in a row due to her actions having small lag and her having high AGI. In the very worst case scenario you simply explain it to the player when introducing the battle system! Or you can structure it like BoF3 did, where "EX" pops up so you know it's an extra turn from high agility.

I do think the amount of crests that YOU have need to be aligned with the columns that display the costs, because otherwise you do have to look back and forth between your crests and the crest cost. Your crest costs are arranged in a different order than the spendable crests you have, too, further making it difficult to grasp the costs at a glance.

Oh, that XD.well, i dont know why but the Hud appear under the images layer but the Lifebar appear over it XP (i dont know too much about scripting) and i dont know how to fix it
You need to set the z-axis of the images (self.z)
How many is too many?

Your system as it stands, with only one party member at a time, means there's always a single best choice as to which party member to use.
While McBick does have a point, that any sufficiently complex system will have a small selection of optimal choices for any given situation, there IS in fact usually more than exactly one optimal choice. I tried to stress this point in my earlier posts, and LockeZ is now repeating it, so I would definitely stew on the switching mechanics for a bit.

Age just doesn't matter that much to me in an RPG, certainly not enough to be there constantly.
I think you just made Craze's point...

but to each his own I suppose.
Craze's opinion is that nonexistent is better than useless. Yours is that existent is better than nonexistent. I think I would probably like to see something immediately relevant in that info slot.
