How did Granny and I first meet? Well gather round, young'uns, and I'll tell ya. It all started back in the summer of '38 when I entered the first annual Oklahoma Tractor Races.

Despain: that's really pretty. Did you make the graphics yourself? Serious props.
Most of the graphics are severely edited RTP. Although a lot of them, such as the camel that everyone seems to love, were made from scratch. :-)
I actually have a similar question for WIP. Are those tiles rips from Metroid or original? Because the grass and cliffs are fucking incredible. I'm probably going to be using those for reference when I work on the graphics for my platformer package.
Some questions
RMXP is much much much better for CBS stuff. You can edit the default stuff exactly to your liking. It feels much more natural than having to do it with events.
