Sorry. I am not too familiar with all the battles things in VX so I don't know if there is anyway to animate battlers without the usage of melody.

but it says clearly in the game's diary system Tadeusz Kościuszko was indeed a Pole. Toris presence in game is just a ode to the war hero.
