I would be annoyed at a game if all the enemies always went after my squishiest guy and I had to jump through hoops to keep him from dying every single battle.

but then again, I am a casual gamer.

What are you working on now?

Mapping out the final areas of my quick playable demo. I have a bunch of eventing left to do but at least I managed to make a fairly nice looking map.

edit: finished doing that, Now I'll need to event the thing, I believe I'll do that this afternoon.

Wanderer Review

story focuses on story structure and plot points and other intangible things like that

writing refers to the quality of the text in the game itself.

These two (and maybe characters as well) have alot of overlap so I generally meld all of these into one when trying to figure out what the aerage score should be.

I understand your plan for the monsters since the longer the game is, the less noticable it will be. Howeer since we just have this demo to review it is quite noticable. I'm sure we will both update our reviews when the completed game is out. I think reducing common enemy HP is a good idea.
