Master Scripter's
I need your help..... Ive been making character set's for rpg xp 6x bigger than the norm
the problem when I edit the tile set's they can only overlap 5 block's away from the character
example if I walk past a wall that's supposed to completely block the character's veiw you can still see the top of the character's head I basicly need the Priority to go to a maximum of 6 i nstead of 5
if noody knows how tyo fix this I could make the characer a lil smaller but Ill lose 20% quality
anyway if anyone can help that would be great

I was wondering how to play Video's ingame (cutscenes)...... ???
I found out I had to add them to the Audion folder buty when I add them top the game and use them .... the video play's in a seperate window..

Hey everyone Ive started another game but this time Im drawing all the Character's and Backdrop's myself...

the movement's can be done in game i made a massive conditional brance (Z to Hit) (X to jump) (C to run)
need someone to make me a Realtime battle script(so basicly when you press z next to an enemy he lose's health Ive sorted all the animation's for the attack's)

New Game
Ok like "Illumia" I have started hand drawing my character's
and converting them into Character Sets...
Main Character

they have been converted front back and side facing.....
Ive drawn 20 characters so far but ive only converted 6 ill start making the game
when ive got 60 character
I had a weird idea that might work for the level's Im going to make them using the farcry map editor..... lol havent tried it yet though.... :)
and converting them into Character Sets...

Ive alway's wanted to have a go at making my own Characters......so heres a lil game I made to go with them. there not finished but you get the idea...
anyway here's the link ;D

The Games a lil rough at the moment... Ive got loadsa random ideas for it mainly the fight system, The character sets I made are pretty big so I was thinking I could make all the diff animation for attacks ect... hehe watch the (face to face) scene
The very last scene is a Larger version of the character, The only reason I done that was to what the quality was like ::)

(TextBubble)(done)
(Pixle movement (move in 8 directions)..Character set's 8x8 frame's... (normal 4x4)(not yet)
(Mode 7) (20%) actualy I doubt i'll even need it
(Zorn) for the battle engine, I think that's what it's called let's you attack enemy on the
map with the A button.
(Hp Mp Hud) same as PSO... Ill mod it though..
Aghh one character come out pretty good on the Second Map 3rd Character on the Right

What Have I Done!

Ive just reinstalled windows....
I backed up my Game Files but it looks like ive accidently encrypted the files so they arent visible (cant even edit them)
if anyone knows how i can switch it back that would be great!...

oh if ur wondering how i encrypted...I just right clicked the folder and clicked encrypt files

Ok a lil later im going to upload an RTP free version of my game.... (to reduce size)
I was just wondering ..oviously I have extra files that you would not already have in your Rtp folder..
so what i want to know if i keep all the necesary files in the right folders...
when you get around to playing will the game automaticly scan ur rtp and the files I left in the folder
or will you have to manualy add the files to your RTP? :-\

Hello you might find this a lil lame but I think it might make the game feel a lil diff
Ok you know NPC'S (non player character) lately Ive been having trouble getting past the hello how are you doing stage :P
so I thought it might be good if people post a lil thing for them to say and ill add it to a characters as I make....
