FERRIS95'S PROFILE

I'm just some random guy who dabbled around in flash for a few years. Then I found out about RPG Maker, and I've been messing around with it. Hopefully I'll have a game up and running soon.

What Videogames Are You Playing Right Now?

DA2 sword and shield is WAY too boring for me though, I might be doing it wrong but I do relatively no damage and just sort of get people to hurt me. I know that's what tanking is, but I still hate it. Better than Origins sword and board though.

Just finished Dragon Age 2. I was a male warrior Hawke, incredibly sarcastic and snarky, and I romanced Merrill. Clocking in at 38 hours, the game lasted me longer than my first playthrough of Origins (which was 37 hours).

I don't care if the internet hates the game. Having loved Origins, I enjoyed Dragon Age II. I did enjoy Origins a bit more, though.

Ditto. Just on my second playthrough now as a heroic 2h warrior romancing Isabella. Last time I was a mage, a lot of people said they were gimped but they still felt incredibly powerful (Gravitic Ring+Pull of the Abyss+ Firestorm/Tempest+Paralyzing Hemorrhage= Battle over).

Just started Dragon Age as a Force/Blood Mage, so far its kind of a mixed bag. Combat has been "ME2"ed, it's a lot more action based. That's not a bad thing though, it's still fairly tactical and just plays more franticly. The non-linear story has also been done away with along with the open world. So far I count only 3 main areas and most are repetitive, I'm hoping that will change.

Still, good game though. Next time through I'll be doing a Reaver/Berserker warrior then a Duelist/Assassin.

happy birthday rcholbert, our new alien overlord!

I for one welcome our new alien warlord.

Happy birthday, and thanks man.

Favorite Dr. Who Doctor and Episode?

I started watching the show Dr. Who a little while back starting with Eccelstein's 9th doctor up to to Tennant's 10th doctor and then I worked backward to the other Doctors.

My favorite Doctor is David Tennant so far. I really like the way he talks his way out of most situations, not because he's scared but because he doesn't want to hurt anyone, and he can hurt them *cough* Rachnos* cough*. Unlike a lot of people I know, I even liked how he went out at the end of "The End of Time". Favorite episode for me is definitely "The Family of Blood".

Just wanted to see what others thought, post your favorite Doctor and episode.

where will you be going when rmn shuts down?

I dunno... Back to Newgrounds maybe and just give up Rpg Maker to focus on Flash. Or maybe I'll go to Meridian Dance too.

Start You At Level 35 and Reset You to Level 1

DA2 is doing this, I played the demo and it seemed like a good idea that worked all right. You start off as a full-powered character with a full arsenal of high-tier weapons and armor in addition to a lot of skills that you know how your class is going to play out in the endgame.

Don't think of it as a throne, think of it as a conveniently soft and comfortable rock formation.
