Difficulty affects after-school attribute increases. Basically, you level up faster on easy difficulty, which in turn makes the characters like you faster.

dewelar, the job in question mostly just involves keeping this page (the Finished Content page) up to date so that players can find content to play. It helps to be familiar with the content that has been made up to this point, but other than that, if you can edit a page, that's about all you need to know.
