That still doesn't excuse relatively bland writing, though. In fact, darker tone usually means more flavour, not less. Remember Torchwood.

Hmm i see haha, you have a point.

Also for the record, till this day i haven't been able to sit down and watch Torchwood.
It's far too "Torchwoody" for my liking.

I, uh, don't think that tile you're using along the bottom wall is supposed to be used that way! You have the right idea with the wall at the top, though. Also, I would probably recommend using the wood bench. I dunno, I guess having this screen having so much gray makes this area more bland than it already is.

Also, there's a lot of empty space in here. Are you considering sizing the place down?

Haha i see what you mean. This is exactly why i post pictures of maps first before i fully release the demo, it's always nice to see what others think.
Especially as mapping isn't my strong point haha.

As for the space, the original idea was to fill it up with events and such as it is meant to be a classroom, but i'm still struggling with the idea right now so i'll deal with it later.

Is it just me, or is that thing protagonist is standing in front of also embedded in a wall? The levers also appear a tad too close to their walls and look pretty flat. Hope it helps.

Yeah again, these aren't official screenshots, just simply initial testing photos i uploaded to share the development of the game.

Most of the stuff have been fixed :)

Looks nice, but doesn't really look very Whovian. I mean, "Uses an item in your backpack. These can be potions etc." Come on! Where is the flair, the eccentricity that permeates every aspect of the show?! A fangame can and should do more.

Haha i knew this would eventually become a problem. You need to understand, this game isn't about The Doctor, or Doctor Who in general. It's set in an alternate universe with darker tones and atmosphere.

The only points of commonality is the fact that the game contains Time Lords and Tardises.

Erm, I think it should be it's with an apostrophe, in this screenshot and in the previous one.

Oh i was well aware of that haha. This isn't a scene in the game though, it's just one of my initial testing screenshots for when i first started working on this project.

Cabinets are ON walls. Move them down one tile each. See, they have a top, so you can see the depth of the cabinet. That screws with the perception when other walls are shown, so it looks pretty bad.

Ah i see, cheers!.
I'm still quite new when it comes to mapping haha.

Thanks a bunch!, i'll surely look at this and use it to further develop my general structures in future. Thanks :)

"Prepare yourself to become a Time Lord".

Deep in the vast regions of space lies a planet concealed within the inner ring of a solar system.
Across the planet itself, there is a tent emerged within the sands of eternity.
The Outpost Planet.
Created by none other than Farien. The spellblade of the west galaxy. After the Time Lords were extinguished from existence, the people of the universe had to defend themselves in their own way.
Now with the arrival of the Master, this thought became a reality.
The Master, a powerful mystical Time Lord, arose from the grave along with his army of demons.
They promised nothing but fear and terror for the people.

However, deep within the time vortex itself.
A lone TARDIS encrusted with the impenetrable shields of the atron energy flies towards the outpost planet.
Bringing with it, nothing but fear and terror.
For the master...
