does anyone have final fantasy 0 somewhere on his/her harddrive? the french one from 2003 or so? i reeeallly need to play that thing again, especially for nostalgic reasons. the downloads on their website dont work anymore, because they uploaded it on megaupload and everywhere else i cant find anything besides a way too early demo :(

pleeeease someone has to have this thing somewhere! (and could maybe upload it)

no perfomance issues since this are just four parallel processes :)

nothing too complicated. a bunch of pictures with random positions set relatively to an event in the the upper left corner so they can move along with the map. triggered randomly through common events. three different poctures with different particle sizes, also triggered randomly.

i came over from rpg-atelier.de. i found my dedication to do some rpgmaker related stuff again after many years of nooothing and since im really excited for whatever reason, i was looking for another more active community and found this one. i dont know how long this will last, but for the moment, i'm quite at it :D
and since i missed all those years (i quit in like 2009 or something?), only unpatched rm2k/rm2k3-things, nothing else, i dont like any resolution above 320x240 haha

im hoping for a responsive community that shares my rush! hope you enjoy my stuff!

i tried to make some kind of particle-overlay which can be used on every map without to much trouble. came up with something where only one event per map needs to be copied without further changes. and it looks kinda nice i think :)

@healy: try using less corners and make the room a bit smaller (although there could be things like chimneys or whatever, but this a bit too cornery for my taste). also try making the door not this big and maybe one tile away from the edge of the map.

@everyone else: i'm not too fond of the higher-resolution rpgmakers, sorry. but this bookshelf-thing looks neat.
