I really liked the bit in under world 2 in the city so if this is kinda like that but in an incredibly wider scale I think ill like it.
It is DEFINITELY like the city in UW2...only in a MUCH wider scale. My guess is you will love the city.
The game doesn't really have a story at all, except for the fact that you're simply trying to find Amy and explore to get stronger. People who are craving an amazing story might be let down on that factor, but this game isn't really about story. It's about doing whatever the eff you want and finding awesome stuff along the way. Maybe sorta Diablo, mixed with Fallout 3, mixed with Zelda...etc.

And this is only a tiny piece of what's in the Under World. There are around 230 scenes to explore, not to mention the 70 houses in the city of Logic. This game should keep you busy a while.

Thanks for your interest! I just uploaded the first version for anyone to play. So hopefully it gets accepted in the next few hours. I have played it through a few times but there's seriously SO MUCH to this game, there's no way I could possibly catch all the bugs right away. It seems pretty polished, overall, and not too buggy, but don't be surprised if you run into something strange. There's only so much testing I can do, and I've been wracking my brain trying to catch everything I can.
This is definitely completed for the most part, but if people have major complaints about anything, or if there are any giant bugs that totally ran right by me, I will be fixing them ASAP and uploading a new version. Enjoy!!
Oh and PS...to everyone about to play this, make sure you read through the "readme" before you play, or you might be kind of confused. It's not a very hard game to figure out on your own, BUT...the readme will most likely clear up any confusion you may have about the game.

The way I see it...at least I'm trying things beyond the basic, bland, boring battle system. I encourage everyone who finds these types of games fun to try Under World 3. It is my greatest work yet. And there is a 4th one on the way as well...about as polished as an action-rpg will come on RPG Maker XP. Stay tuned.

So happy to read this and I'm glad you enjoyed it so much! This was unexpected! Thanks a TON for writing the review. I look forward to hearing what you think on sequels 2 and 3! 4 will be coming out soon. And that will be unlike any of the other games.

Good to hear, I hate VX graphics too. I apologize for being so slow at beating this, but I'm getting there with a review to follow. I haven't cheated yet, so I'm pretty proud of that lol.
Haha awesome! And don't worry man, I'm in no hurry. I mean, I'm excited to read your review whenever you write it. And I'm totally happy that you'd even wanna write one. That alone is cool enough. Take as long as you need to take man.

Awesome! Yep, both 2 and 3 were done with XP, as well as 4 now. And honestly, I definitely prefer XP. I've tried VX and I just don't think its necessary to use. XP had amazing enough graphics, and you can do almost ANYTHING with it, program-wise. Besides, there are TONS of graphics already made for XP, as compared to almost none for VX. So I'll just stay with my XP.
And sbester, the games only get better, in my opinion. Under World 3 is my most proud project, by far. A friend of mine told me I could write a strategy guide for the game because its ridiculous how much work/effort I put into it. There are endless amounts of secrets to discover, quests to tackle, weapons/items/spells/shape changes to explore. The level up system turned out epic. Hope you enjoy 2 and 3 as much as this one, er...more. I definitely think the story turned out better in 2 and 3 as well. I'm very proud of 3's story and 2 definitely has its cliche moments as well, but it's still decent.
