How do I make scrolling clouds on the World Map?

I still need the scrolling clouds code.
I'm not very good at pictures with coordinates, etc :(.

I believe that only completed games should be eligible for such awards, and that demos or cancelled games should be restricted to awards pertaining only to demos and such.
Why is it feasable to give an unfinished game an award such as "Game Of The Year" when you haven't even seen fully what it offers? It could decline in quality as the end draws near for example. There's also a chance it may be cancelled.

One time I ate some brown lettece for a bet and I got food posining so bad I almost died I went to the hospital and got my stomach pummed it was hell. For days after that I could not keep anything down (vomit ect..) and My whole body ached for days.
I think that the worst sickness I've ever experienced is stomach cramps. Oh, the pain :(.
