Bah, you just gave RMN five bucks for the other 1000.

Is this a real thing? I'm slowly learning that making games is the worst way to get makerscore. I'm seriously considering switching to writing reviews.

Speaking of which, I've been waiting on all the judges to give feedback to my level before updating it, but would it be better if I just made changes now?

You might as well. I know I won't be getting to yours anytime soon. I'm going alphabetically.

You should make an entire Supra Mairo Bors game.

Revenge of the Contentious Blog

Maybe we should leave them out of it altogether. There's always Super RMN World 2 for that.

The trouble with minibosses is that there are so few boss NPCs to begin with, it's hard enough to make creative/interesting/challenging world bosses, let alone minibosses. How much can you do with Boom-Boom and Birdo? Larry is probably one of the easier ones to fight, especially on flat terrain, but that's not very engaging. And as Hali said, we don't want them outclassing the bosses. Finding a middle ground is gonna be tough, especially if we include all the Koopalings; each one should be more challenging than the last, while still being less than world boss material.
One solution is to resprite Larry/Ludwig whenever they're used. That fixes the issue of whether to include all the Koopalings.
But if we want to keep minibosses simple, maybe for World 1 and 2 we could stick to minibosses that don't use boss NPCs at all. You can make some really cool stuff if you just mess around with regular NPCs, blocks, and events.
Hell, SMB3 used Boomerang Bros as minibosses.

Okay. I'm doing this alphabetically. I've reviewed from Apa to Davenport. But I skipped Darklordkeinor. That's it for tonight, I am DONE.

Okay, Guardian of the Secret updated. Made some suggested changes, added a new mechanic, and also added the boss I'd already made even though I was advised not to. I'll remove it if you guys don't like it. Now it's time to focus on reviewing levels.
