He IS working with Nessy and co on a game for RSW. I think he just has a lot on his plate at the moment.
What's all this then?
I will check out Ratty's and seiromem's levels as soon as I make my TalEth armor.

author=Jparker1984author=nin8halosAs a matter of fact, I am not particularly happy. I think my layout is fine, different yes. But I certinly dont want to call it clunky. Also, how is the Tanooki Suits and different from a regular leaf. I put ALOT of work into this level, fixed so many things based of feedback. Can you touch on what you liked please? I did not intend to sound rude, but I have fixed so many things from day one.author=Jparker1984Good news, everyone! I just updated yours. You won't be happy.author=nin8halosMe I think
So who needs me to approve their levels and has actually fixed all the stuff I complained about?
Does anyone know if Deckiller is alive and still planning on judging some levels? Otherwise it's gonna be very hard for people to get their levels approved. I hate everything, so that means every level needs 100% approval from the sane judges.
EDIT: This is not directed at you, its in general. I hate one sided feedback. When all the reviewer dose is touch on the bad things. I have play some really crappy games in my time in the community, but almost always I can find a few things I like. One sided feedback is a great way to discourage the author (im not discouraged, just saying.)
EDIT EDIT: Tanooki Suits, I for got about the statue, but the rest of my post still applies.
I like the way you used Nippers. And the choice of blocks is good. Mixing SMB3 and SMW blocks is usually not a good idea, but it's not a dealbreaker. It does contribute to the stack of things I don't like, though.
The Dragon Coins are pretty well-placed. The thing about those is that you have to collect five of them just to get a 1-Up, and you have to do it in one run, without dying. But then there are 5 other 1-Ups in this level, most of them fairly easy to acquire, so that cheapens them.
Enemy placement is good, too, and NPCs are appropriate for this setting.
This is definitely one of the better levels that I have not yet approved.
Most of the problem just comes from the way the level is arranged. It's not something that I can explain very well. Best I can do is say that it lacks elegance and doesn't use space efficiently. This happens to be true for most SMBX levels. If you look at the way real SMB levels are designed, they generally move either horizontally or vertically; the intended path is very obvious, while secret paths and detours are usually hidden or hard to reach.
That would require you to make a completely different level, though.
Fix the power-up issue; get rid of that 1-Up at the start, and a couple others. Get rid of 1 Tanooki Suit, and make the other one harder to reach; put it in a secret area maybe. And use a big '?' box.
If you do that... I might approve it.
But if Isrieri and Deckiller would get around to playing it, you might not even need my approval.

Sure are lots of scrubstrats being posted. Real Pros that aren't restricted by flesh beat Mario by corrupting the memory, injecting your own code, and jumping straight to the start of the credits.
The James T. Kirk method.
