Lenadia Demo?
Then it probably would be a good idea to have a new demo. I don't know how many people download demos to see if they will like the finished game, but it can't hurt to have a demo that plays as close as possible to how the finished version will play.
Lenadia Demo?
I seem to recall there being a lot of tweaks with DNA stuff, as well as Bolt's new skillset? Would all that be in a new demo? Basically, my opinion is "if gameplay is very different, then a new demo is a good idea."
A Very Long Rope to the Top of the Sky
Like I said, the story and writing are great, so I definitely want to see where it's heading.
Yeah, I was around 29-30, too. Also I have new characters that aren't as...not so great as the ones prior to that, so that should help too.

A Very Long Rope to the Top of the Sky
So, I decided to give it one more try, and had a marathon grinding session...hopefully level 34 before meeting the Bandit King will let me steamroll most things. :D
A Very Long Rope to the Top of the Sky
I'll definitely give your future games a try. With writing as strong as yours, tighter gameplay would make for a truly great game. Commercial level (and, to be honest, a lot better than most commercial RPGMaker games)
A Very Long Rope to the Top of the Sky
The writing is excellent, the plotting is tight, and the characters all shine. I want to like this game so badly. But I can't.
Random battles are bad enough, but random battles inside giant dungeons with tons of dead ends, and with no way to lower the ridiculously high encounter rate? And no form of guaranteed escape? I made it to
and just could not handle it anymore. Sadly, this one will go unfinished.

the timeskip. Specifically, trekking through the tundra.

Feedback Time: Character Cutscenes & Development
1) Most of them feel developed, or at least seem as though there will be development later on (in the case of Bolt and Trigger especially)
2) IMO, Sapphire was pretty heavily "just there" though that could well be a symptom of joining pretty much at the end of the demo. Additionally, I think Hautley needs some scenes that aren't "BAH! I'M ANGRY! I'M OLD! I AM ANGRY AND OLD!"
3) Yes! Love it. Love it love it love it! Especially if their ultimate equipment/abilities can be found during those quests.
