this style of game play isnt enjoyable for me. point and click can be good if its more simplified then this.
this was a bit tedious and unpleasant.
the choices how ever seem to be the selling point of this.
as theres a couple different directions you can take it.
and even a couple "off screen" things going on
in any case the characters and story don't interest me but...

nice intro! if he just listened to orders i would not of like it! :D
but that wasn't cool to give us hope to escape just to do that :(

hmm wonder what happened to your party members
:O the pubs empty!? no way!
hmm i don't think its possible to solo those 2 guards at lvl 10 at best you can only defeat guard 1 even if you get lucky and they miss once it seems impossible.
but he said he only wanted you to train his friend why are you fighting both?
the cat opens a locked door and goes in its a conspiracy!
choices :3 i wonder how much of a effect they have :D
when david says its raping time its all over for you :D
not really sure why the game asks you thing like do you want to take this item?
i mean is there ANY reason not to?
danielles a magic user w/o magic rolf!
one thing i forgot needed serious working in these games was the sprites looking like avatars,those cases where hair,skin color and or eyes don't match drive me crazy! :D
that kid would of got his ass beat for threatening me!
why do i have to lose to this scum bag billy? why...just....why...
at least you get to rape them with magic :D but i swear...if you suffer consequences for that...ima be pissed!
request making the 1st fight instinct death make him absurdly strong if you have to lose
fuck the body guard don't makes us waste time let us kick his ass and go in >.>
and make judith pay for her crimes!
wow playing as david i thought you'd never have to be worried about anything! that was surprising!
oh leo didn't die o.o well...hmm i guess its irony have a choice which gets him killed then. but that should not result in game over he inst a significant character correct?
NOOOOOOOOOO i dont want to play as Ralph! he is the least interesting character on the cast!
that aside i love the litle touch the dev did changing npc dialog when you have a different character.keeps it feeling real.
also that nifty time change! became night was nice!
or how npcs are in different places and such

Gabrials ability's are copy paste :( like 3 or more people have that same skill set :(
funny how riley being a thief has more life then other characters at the same lvl
the dev sometimes knows how to please his audience! getting to battle with Valx was a nice treat! :D
but harold another need to lose battle. he needs godlike power if your supposed to lose

took me 4H and 38M to finish this.regardless of minor complaints and such i may have had.
this chapter was extremely enjoyable! i mean really the things i hated in ch1 were improved by far in this chapter!
small-medium sized maps(that aren't maze like and/or filled with enemies),no completely unreasonable fetch quests (most things like that are made optional this time!)
you got to play as characters more interesting then ralph for a considerable amount of time :D
theres few battles (so no grinding! :D)
lots of choices which im not sure how much any effect the game but some are unneeded.
like do you wish to take this item,pull a switch or enter a area because these are things you do not have a choice in the matter.
so having it ask you makes no sense
the biggest downside of this chapter is that it still does not conclude the series in fact right now im not quite sure what the plots "goal" is.
Overall
i highly recommend this game
-imo you don't need to really play ch1 to understand this maybe a couple references you may not get but that's about it.
still if possible i recommend trying that first

hmm the characters seem pretty stupid...if she was taken away by a secret group and was gone for 3 years...you'd assume she was killed...
even if she wasn't and even if you didn't find her in that state saying it would be a good thing she remembers what was done to her is just going full retard...obviously its better that she doesn't remember what horrible things were done to her...
wow...kana was her best friend right? lilys pretty scummy to say but i had plans with my boyfriend...fuck you lily i cant believe you...something infinitely more important then your boring relationship is happening here :/
lily seriously has the gul to think about kanas emotional needs right after that!? wow!
if you scroll down in the save screen the graphics glitch like crazy!
it seems if you go left...you cant stuck in the caves no way out >.>
this games pretty terrible...how much wandering do i have to do before i obtain item to do something or a cutscene giving some story >.>

fusion with a wraith? how do you even go about capturing a wraith? they have no physical body!
theres no save point in the west cave after the scene after you give the explosives to the miners >.>
also no hint to what to do...no new items...more pointless wandering >.>

why isn't the shrine a shift location (actually realized i could even use this feature pretty late >.>)
also if theres multiple points you should be able to choose which one you warp to!
ok...i cant figure out what to do after getting 6 memories and seeing 2 ghost kanas...im done...
honestly...this was a pretty bad game.i hated the characters and the mostly mindless exploration trying to figure out what your supposed to do.
and occasionally the climbing decides to be a bit grimy.

in my case it was quite a unpleasant experience i don't recommend

random thoughts
finally another game you don't start off as level 1!
:( i figured it would happen but was hoping it wouldn't...a character switch :/
we started with a awesome BA hero and switch to a character that makes me think of the mc from dmc4 :/
at least im lvl 6 :D
racist people i tell you! at least you character isn't whiny about it.
them game references in the library :D
i wish it didn't leave the save screen after saving. its a bit annoying when saving in multiple slots
:D saving anywhere is the characters power XD now that's hax :D
in the area after the boss battle after you escape the prison the mapping is very unequal
if you go > on the south end to push the switch its a short distance but if your going > from the north side to the entrance its alot longer
indeed what is malakai doing in a room past alot of locked doors in a sealed room with no food???
the boss in the air battle (mage guy green clothes) has WAAAAAY to much dam life!
if your supposed to lose give the boss a max dmg attack or have it end by a trigger! this was just a annoying battle!
:O i want that epic power :O he just took a deep shi on the godlike villian!
lamia was injured but we cant just give her a potion to heal her lol..story injuries in rpgs are weird.
at least deaths can make sense your not dead just knocked out.
im finally awakened! wooo even comes with sexy new gear!?
but he cant attack all enemies even when he is so hax he can create dimensions?

why the hell did we go back to arcadia just to see those scenes...
why the hell...does the 2 headed boss guy have so much fucking life in the arcadia raid boss battle >.>
you know im awakened and beat him and 2 others in 1 turn not that long ago :/

The only thing that's on my mind now that i finished the game is thank fate its over...long stretched out and boring the battles did nothing for the game.
many times i was like why are we playing as these characters when the enemies often made more sense in there goals.
your playing as a false hero who doesn't understand the need for sacrifice and
i got my hopes up when near the end but that just lead to cliche bs events.
gameplay time? not sure theres no counter but probably...8-10+ hours

could really use a launch app picture

the delay of leaving and entering a new area is a bit annoying
enemies lvl up with you :(
accuracy is terrible
when running away the enemy should disappear. its annoying as hell to run away lose alot of money and even worse get trapped in another battle with the same enemy! or at least have them like not move for a few seconds. also would like enemies to not move really fast.
reset opens the web browser (annoying)
the awkward moment when you realize to grown men are sharing a room with there grandpa

you can use the bomb in your inventory and it disappears but does nothing

when killing monsters the items inside them appear for a moment then sometimes disappear,you can still pick them up however
music should change when enter a dungeon
this was a pretty enjoyable experience. being a bit older and having owned the nes at a point in my life this brought back some great nostalgia from the 8 bit days :D
id recommend this to people who want to remember the classic style of gaming or those who are interested in it.
would be great if this project was completed one day! keep up the great work!
