author=UPRCauthor=thepurplearchmageI used to use an FF9 system set. When I changed over to an FF4 system set, everyone approved (myself included). It makes the game feel legit.
Heres a couple ideas:
I honestly don't like the system. It's too bland and too.......FFIVish in my opinion. BUT you can head over to http://charas-project.net/resources.php?wa=0&lang=it&area=7&howmany=all&fsearch= for some awesome systems. See what fits your game. And about the faces. Like I said there too FFIVish. I wasn't really impressed with the FFIV graphics. Maybe if you have there battle sprite as there face portrait then it'll look good.
Other than that, the game needs no tweaking.
The faces aren't being changed either. A lot of people were very happy after I changed over from my original FFT ones. They work, and it helps the game capture the feeling I'm going for because, as I like to say, Blackmoon Prophecy isn't just a fangame but a tribute.

It's supposed to be FFIVish -_-
If that's not your flavor then, shit son, there are over 1400 games on this site for you to find something that is.
But does it have to be 100% FFIVish? The game IS my flavor but that doesn't mean I don't hate the game, it's just that it's just a little MORE FFIVish than all the rest of the first 6. That's all.

pretty sweet, but your main character is waaaay off in terms of palette and number of colours used.
The chip is from FFV and Vahn's sprite is a recolor of Kain from FFIV, where the FFIV graphics were pretty cartoonish compared to the more realisticish graphics of FFV.

RM2K3 Fonts
I am having a bitch of a time with this problem. So I used the font changing patched created by Cherry, but all it did was just squish together the letters sort of how RM2K automaticly does that. Anyone know of a way to reverse it's effects?
